Change of path

I have had the pleasure of working with Jan for half a year, where he has been my agile coach and mentor.
Jan is goal oriented and very structured, both in meetings and with the tasks he is in charge off.
A plan is made in good time and then executed.
The talks I have had with Jan, have always been open and honest.
I always left the conversation with a smile, pat on the shoulder and a goal.
Jan raised the questions and I found my goal, that is what he does.
He helps you on a path, your path.
If I have the chance to work with Jan again, I would jump at the opportunity, no questions asked.
